This website collects the information you submit through the contact form (name, work email, organization, role, and message) and standard server logs. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to operate the site. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Protected health information should never be submitted through this website. Client engagements are governed by a Business Associate Agreement and a master services agreement that set out how PHI is accessed, secured, retained, and returned.

The Healacle Portal records user activity for security and audit purposes. Portal data is hosted in the United States and retained according to the client agreement.
